A waste heat evaporator is an evaporation system that utilizes waste heat to provide effective heat transfer temperature difference. In chemical, light industry, food and other factories, a certain amount of low-quality waste heat is always generated during the production process, such as starch plant by-products (fibers, proteins, embryos) and secondary steam and condensate produced by DDGS drying in alcohol plants, alcohol vapor and waste mash obtained from alcohol distillation, liquefied and saccharified liquids obtained from sugar refinery liquid saccharification, and sensible or latent heat carried by other intermediate products. Through reasonable design, they can be reused in the evaporation system. Liquid waste heat can be used to preheat materials and utilize their sensible heat, or to obtain flash steam through flash evaporation and utilize their latent heat; Steam waste heat can be directly utilized for its latent heat.

The waste heat evaporator can be designed to utilize multiple types of waste heat together, or to mix waste heat and steam for utilization; Can allow different quality waste heat sources to enter heaters at different temperatures; Waste heat can be utilized once or multiple times. According to the degree of utilization of waste heat, the waste heat evaporator can use less or even no steam, which can greatly reduce the operating costs of the evaporator and the energy consumption of the factory, and greatly reduce the carbon, dust, and exhaust emissions of the factory.
